મન સરોવર

મિત્રો, આ પહેલાં મેં રજુ કરેલ “શેડો ઑફ લાઈટ”ના પ્રતિભાવમાં શ્રી પ્રજ્ઞાબહેને જે કવિતા રજુ કરી તેનો ગુજરાતી ભાવાનુવાદ હું એમણે મોકલેલી કવિતા સાથે અહીં રજુ કરું છું. આપ સહુ ના પ્રતિભાવની આશા સાથે. Despair’s the path of life I walk,


The shadows in which dwell


A goal I seek with all my heart -


Escape from any hell.


Fear and terror bar my way,


And darkness blinds my sight,


But all these things will flee before


The shadow of a light.


The journey’s rife with sorrow… pain…


At times it’s hard to cope…


But I’ll endure… search deeper still…

Where burns the flame of hope

હતાશાની રાહે

લાગે, હતાશાની રાહે, હું રહું છું ભટકતો

પણ કદી તે ‘પર દેખું, હું આશાનો છાંયો

છૂપી છે જેમાં,મુજ અંતરની એક આશા

કે ના દેખાય મને કદી દરવાજા નરકના

પણ

કદી અંધકાર છાયે મન ભયભીત થાતાં

થશે દૂર તે જો પ્રગટશે અંતરે અજવાળાં

જો ઢૂઢું હું ડૂબી જઇ ઊંડે અંતરની ગુહામાં

તો માનું કે ફળશે મુજ અંતરની એ આશા
