સર્વ દેશમાં જીવી રહ્યો છે માણસ
પણ મરી ગઈ છે માણસાઈ.
તો થયા કરે આ દુનિયામાં ઝગડા
તેમાં કહો ક્યાં છે કશી નવાઈ.

યાદ આવ્યું
યેષાં ન વિદ્યા, નતપો ન દાનં,
ન જ્ઞાનં, ન શિલં, ન ગુણો ન ધર્મં ।
તે મૃત્યુલોકે ભૂવિભારભૂતા,
મનુષ્યરૂપેણ મૃગાસ્ચરન્તિ ॥
