પૃથ્વિ આધિન છે સૂર્યને,તેથી પ્રગટે દિન ને રાત
મન આધિન છે વૃત્તિને, તેથી પ્રગટે દ્વેષ ને રાગ
જેટલી ત્વરાથી થશો તમે કૃદ્ધ
તેટલી ત્વરાથી થાશો તમે વૃદ્ધ
અહં મરે તો મન મરે, ન રહે વાસના રહે ન મન
મન મારી નમતા શીખો,જો ચાહો કરવા સાચા નમન
પ્રભુ ને પામવા હોય તો દંડવત પ્રણામ કરી એની આગળ પડવા કરતા
મન મુકી ને એની પાછળ પડવું એ યોગ્ય ગણાય.
