” What is Present “

There is a road called present
Linking future to the past.
And to look, what his future brings
Man runs, till he breathes his last.

And he tries to grab his future
Which seems within his grasp.
But as soon as his fist is clenched,
His future turns to his past.

Present is nothing but an event
That makes a mark on our mind.
And all it takes to make that mark
Is just a twinkle of the Time.

So, all we have to get what we want
Are these few twinkles of Time,
Then is it wise to waste them, in fighting
And feuding over- me and mine?
